Doubts over free and fair election continues as Bjd whitewash first day of counting

Counting for the results for 3 layer Panchayat elections held in odisha begin today which will continue for 3 days. On first day of counting today ruling Biju Janata Dal has whitewashed the results with winning on around 280 Zilla Parisad seats out of 315 for which counting held today.

But the discussion is around that there is a doubt on fair and free elections held. Because during elections there were reports of ragging and using of government machinery in favour of bjd to gain votes. How much vote they gained by those activities is a matter of many things. But this keeps doubt of free and fair elections held as per the views of political analysts.
