KAYAKALP : Good Initiative,But to get Award Public being Mischiefed with their Money Looted

Kayakalp was launched as a part of national initiative to give awards to those public health facilities that demonstrate high levels of cleanliness, hygiene and infection control.. The objective of the award scheme is to promote cleanliness, hygiene and infection control practices in public health Care facilities. To incentivize and recognize such public health care facilities that show exemplary performance in adhering to standard protocols of cleanliness and infection control. It was launched by then Union health minister Harsh Vardhan.

But according to reports many of public health facility places like Medical and health centers etc have been running with hazardous surrounding whihin their campus through out the year. But when they receive the information of the visit of Kayakalp team to rate them and select to win award all of a sudden the officials and managers used to engage to update every thing according to guidelines of Kayakalp. For which the money collected as tax from the public has been used. Again after the the Kayakalp team return back the expenses made started to be seen bad . Even in some cases it is seen that to be in the list of award winning list some mental hospital managers even give instructions not to allow parking even stand for a while the patient’s vehicles which causes mental tension to the person already in the tension of health.

It is also a classical example of looting public money in broad daylight and taking away their right of many things.
